"Riding the Big Sky, one mile at a time"
Born in Missoula, Montana, 1955. Attended the University of Montana. Became a general building contractor building high end projects in Montana, Idaho, Arizona and California. Retired as a general manager of multiple, privately held commercial properties in northwestern Montana.
As a Montana native I spent my youth growing up in the rugged Montana outdoors. At the age of twelve I began riding motorcycles, my first "bike" was a scooter with a Briggs and Stratton engine. I was promptly pulled over by the law enforcement for not having a drivers license, that didn't stop me. I owned many motorcycles through the years and in 2003 I purchased a new 100 year anniversary Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Springer. With an insatiable curiosity and passion for the great state of Montana, I set out on the ride of a lifetime.. For the next 16 years and 70 thousand miles I rode all of the county, state and federally paved roads in the Treasure State,
visiting countless communities, towns and cities. Along the way I documented the people, places and history of Montana. This is my story of "Riding the Big Sky, one mile at a time".
