Creative Roots Homeschool Art Program

January Session

Illustrated Narratives

In this session, students will explore how drawing becomes a form of storytelling. Through observation and imagination, they’ll create illustrated scenes that capture a moment, emotion, or unfolding idea — no words required. Each piece encourages students to think visually, developing composition, sequence, and mood through line, shape, and value.

In addition to drawing, we will be transferring these skills to a special class in fiber with sewing skills: Wed Jan 28th.
