Children's Book Illustration Workshop I

Part 1 of a 2 part class with instructor Will Smith

Part One: Through creative insperation, we explore character development or I will guide you on style that you have already established or settled on. Part two will concentrate on refining and finalizing your illustrations whether they are black and white or full color. I can also help guide you to procure illustrations from professional illustrators. Sign up for the second class on August 6th.

This two-part class can support the work you do in the Creative Writing Workshop on July 29th with Authors Becky Blades and Leslie Budewitz.

About the instructor

Will is an illustrator and designer by trade. As owner and creative director of a communications firm, he was responsible for directing designers, illustrators and photographers to align the visual strategy with the client's marketing. He currently lives in Kila and works in his home studio illustrating his children's book, creating wall art for children's rooms and painting landscapes and dog portraits.
